Senior Product Designer, Lead Mobile Designer
Rain is a fintech company providing a B2B/B2C Early Wage Access platform (EWA for short). Rain develops partnerships with companies or businesses with hourly workers and provide an optional EWA platform among other employment benefits.
During my time at Rain (just under 3 years), I was the sole and lead Senior Product Designer for the mobile app working with 2-4 product managers and developing and shipping several features and improvements. With Rain being a finance app, general day-to-day feature improvements were often incremental due to regulatory oversight in the States that Rain operated in, the primary feature of EWA was often updated and modified somewhat slowly due to also being our primary use-case.
