The Taylor Method - Restructure & Redesign
Product Strategy, UX Design, Visual Design
The Taylor Method training program for insurance and financial advisors developed by Eszylfie Taylor. Originally The Taylor Method was taught and sold through an eBook, but later developed into a subscription service where users get access to regularly published training materials, tools and resources.
Although the service has a modest amount of subscribers generating decent income, the product team concerns were two fold: First, subscription numbers were stagnant it seemed users were cancelling subscriptions as fast as they were gained. Second, feedback from cancelling users implied they did not find value in their subscription.
So while I was originally approached to take a look at redesigning the site, I found that we needed to take a step back further and address some major pieces of the service.

About
Hello! I'm Tom. I've been a professional designer for just about 10 years now and have always felt an affinity for problem solving. I believe designing thoughtful solutions begins with a deep understanding of three things: the problem, the user or audience and desired outcome.
When I'm not working I enjoy moonlighting as a photographer, camping, playing video games and occasionally making noises on my guitar.
